What to include in your request
The more specific you are, the more useful our first conversation will be. Please tell us:
- Site type: home, estate, office, warehouse, construction site, shop, school, event or other.
- Address or area: the suburb is enough to start; we confirm the full address later.
- Hours and shifts: day, night or around-the-clock cover, weekdays only or weekends too.
- Start date: when you need the service, or the date and times of a once-off event.
- Risks and concerns: recent incidents, what you are trying to protect, anything that worries you.
- Existing systems: any alarms, CCTV, electric fencing or panic buttons already installed, and who monitors them.
Upload site photos or documents
The form lets you attach photos of gates, fences, entrances and existing equipment, as well as documents such as a tender specification, floor plan or event layout. These are optional but help us arrive prepared. Only send what you are comfortable sharing; your files are handled in line with our privacy policy.
What happens next
We call you back to talk through the requirement and book a site assessment at a time that suits you. After the visit we prepare a written proposal setting out recommended posts, shifts, patrols and systems. You can ask questions, request changes or compare it with other quotes before deciding. Frequently asked questions
Can you quote without visiting the site?
For simple requests we can sometimes give an indication over the phone, but a firm proposal normally follows a site visit. Seeing entrances, perimeter and existing systems in person is the only reliable way to recommend the right number and type of officers or equipment.
Is there an obligation once I request a quote?
No. Requesting a quote and receiving a proposal does not commit you to anything. A service only begins once you have accepted the proposal and signed an agreement setting out the scope and terms.
I need security for an event this weekend. Should I use the form?
Yes, but mark it as urgent and include the date, venue, expected attendance and hours. For very short notice it is best to also phone the office so we can check officer availability straight away.
Do you quote for tenders and multi-site contracts?
Yes. Attach the tender document or site list to the form and tell us the submission deadline. We will arrange visits to the relevant sites and prepare a proposal in the format required where possible.
